I stayed at this place for two nights. It’s really hard to find a good camp in Jaisalmer but we are lucky that we find Kafila after lots of research. They have big tents with colonial furniture and comfortable bed. Washroom in this tent is awesome, they give toiletries of luxury brand Kama Ayurveda. The cultural program by local artist is wonderful. We get best Rajasthani food at Kafila. The staff was so humble and friendly. Camel safari to the peaceful desert area is best experience along with fancy sitting on the dunes. They have lots of experiences to give you in middle of desert. I will definitely visit this place again.
Best experience ever! This was my first time visiting India and we traveled all over the country for 3 weeks but our time at the Kafila Desert Camp was undoubtedly the highlight of the trip.
My fiance and I visited in February. Weather was hot but the air conditioning in the tent kept it nicely cool in the daytime and at night the desert cooled off a lot. The tent was comfortable and spacious, with a nice bed and large bathroom area.
I was there with 4 of my friends and we stayed for 2 nights. We had an excellent experience really pleasant and clean rooms. Very nice and welcoming staff. All of the people are very helpful and nice there. The staff took us to the desert to see the start at night and build a fire for us. Also, in the morning they drove us to the desert to see the sunrise. Totally recommended.
